Job summary

The Peninsula Hotels Istanbul is seeking a Spa and Pool Attendant to maintain cleanliness, set-ups, and spa standards across the Abelia Pool, Cabanas, and pool deck. You will greet guests, enforce pool rules, and ensure stocked, immaculate presentation of amenities.

You will retrieve linens, manage daily opening/closing checklists, and support guests with inquiries related to Spa and Wellness services. Strong hospitality and English communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to deal with a high level of work demand and pressure and show flexibility as well as understanding of the expectations.
• Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor and great “connection” with people.
• Being able to work under pressure and able to follow proper job-related guidance.
• English communication skills verbally is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for cleanliness, set-ups, and spa standards by the Cabanas, pool deck and Abelia Pool per specification and trained guidelines.
• Greets all guests with a positive attitude. Enforces all poolside rules and prevents unsafe behavior.
• Ensure an adequate supply of all guest supplies and amenities throughout Abelia Pool and Cabanas areas in order to maintain immaculate presentation of these items at all times.
• Retrieve linens from laundry and maintain adequate set up; return used linen to laundry.
• Ensure compliance of daily opening/closing checklists by walking and ensuring all Abelia Pool and Cabanas areas are well maintained, stocked, and cleaned to ensure high quality presentation and repair of all equipment.
• Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism; accommodate special requests whenever possible; assist guests in all inquiries in connection with Spa and Wellness services
• The ability to set up, utilize, operate, and clean/properly sanitize all outdoor Pool and Cabanas.
