Job summary

The role requires 5–7 years in power plant operations, strong knowledge of CCPP processes, SCADA/DCS experience, and proven leadership under pressure. French is a plus; HSE compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.
• 5–7 years of experience in power plant operations.
• Experience with SCADA/DCS and plant optimization.
• Knowledge of HSE regulations and emergency response.
• Leadership experience and ability to make quick decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise shift operations to ensure safe plant performance.
• Monitor and control CCPP processes, turbines, HRSGs, and auxiliaries.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and operational standards compliance.
• Troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with maintenance for scheduled and unscheduled work.
• Maintain shift logs and report data to management.
• Train and mentor shift personnel on SOPs.
• Act as key decision-maker during emergencies.
