Job summary

We are looking for an experienced Shift Team Leader to join our team at a Combined Cycle Power Plant (CCPP) in Dakar, Senegal.

Qualifications;

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or a related field).
• 5-7 years of experience in power plant operations, preferably in a CCPP or similar industrial facility,
• French knowledge will be a plus,
• Strong knowledge of CCPP processes, control systems, and plant operations,
• Experience in SCADA/DCS operations, troubleshooting, and performance optimization,
• Familiarity with HSE (Health, Safety & Environmental) regulations and emergency response protocols,
• Ability to lead a team and make quick, effective decisions under pressure,
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
