Job summary

SPIE Global Services Energy in Adana, Turkey, seeks a senior operations leader to develop and implement the Operations Philosophy for PDH/PP plants and oversee daily safe, reliable production. The role requires extensive experience in petrochemical operations and strong safety leadership.

The candidate will coordinate startup/shutdown activities, drive KPI reporting, and mentor teams, with opportunities to contribute to process optimization and risk mitigation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering (or equivalent).
• Advanced certifications in operations management or process safety are advantageous.
• English level B2 mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Operations Philosophy for the PDH/PP plant.
• Define KPIs, reporting structures, and scope of operational services.
• Oversee daily plant operations ensuring safety, reliability and efficiency.
• Coordinate startup, shutdown, and transitions with a focus on process continuity.
• Lead emergency response actions and participate in incident investigations.
• Support reliability studies and process optimization projects.
