- Lead the development of complex technical and commercial proposals, coordinating inputs from Operations, Engineering, Execution, Parts, and Supply Chain.
- Build cost estimates and pricing strategies that balance competitiveness with target margin, and secure the required internal approvals.
- Structure multi-scope and multi-year offerings (T&M, fixed price, milestone-based, and long-term service agreements) tailored to customer needs.
- Ensure all proposals meet internal quality standards, branding guidelines, risk policies, and version control practices before submission.

- Prepare and deliver complete commercial handover packages covering contract terms, scope, risks, deliverables, and technical documentation.
- Lead handover meetings with Project Managers, Operations, and Finance, and remain engaged through execution to support change orders and customer escalations.
- Support collections and dispute resolution where the commercial relationship requires account manager involvement.
Forecasting, CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and current opportunity, contact, activity, and forecast data in NetSuite (or equivalent CRM).
