Job summary

Metrobi Inc is seeking a hands-on SEO specialist to improve organic visibility and generate qualified leads. You will plan, run and measure experiments on our pages, track results, and collaborate with the team to grow traffic.

You will build and optimize landing pages with WordPress and expand our backlinks network through outreach. Strong English communication is required, and 2–3 years of experience in growing website traffic are preferred.

Metrobi is a Techstars tech startup helping local businesses manage and grow their delivery operations.

We already have a strong base of landing pages on the first page of Google. They're backed by a solid backlink profile, which we keep growing.

We're looking for a new teammate to help us improve page rankings and run experiments to turn visitors into leads.

What you'll do

• Plan, create and test experiments in our pages
• Track results and share updates with the team
• Build and improve landing pages using WordPress
• Grow our backlinks network by reaching out and following up with other businesses

If you love helping websites climb in Google and bring in real qualified leads, you'll really enjoy this role.

You'll be starting from a solid foundation, with plenty of room to grow and real ownership of the results.

This role is not:

• Graphic design or brand work
• Following up with leads or handling sales calls
• Running paid ads

This is hands‑on SEO and website work to bring in potential customers through Google.

We're looking for someone with 2–3 years of experience growing website traffic and bringing leads for a company.
