Job summary

Metrobi is seeking a Cold Email Outreach Specialist to join our fully remote team. You will own hands-on outreach strategies, craft concise emails, and optimize campaigns to increase replies and qualified leads for B2B sales.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience creating email content, preferably in cold outreach or lead generation. You will collaborate with marketing and sales to refine segmentation and messaging and help expand our delivery-operations software reach.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience creating email content.
• Experience in cold outreach, B2B sales or lead generation preferred.
• Ability to write short, effective emails.

Cold Email Outreach Specialist | Full-Time, 100% Remote

Metrobi is a Techstars Boston-backed tech startup helping local businesses manage and grow their delivery operations.

We already have a strong cold-email channel with a 5% reply rate and a 20% reply-to-SQL rate. We're looking for a new teammate to help us make it even better.

What you'll do

• Improve lead segmentation by industry, business type, and audience
• Develop short, compelling email messaging that resonates with each segment
• Test and improve email copy to increase replies and qualified leads
• Coordinate our email stack and processes to make sure campaigns run smoothly
• Help identify new opportunities to improve our outreach performance

If you're great at writing short, effective emails, you'll really enjoy this role. We already follow strong email marketing and cold-outreach best practices, so you'll be joining a system that is already working and helping us improve it further.

This role is not:

• Email newsletters
• General content marketing
• Social media marketing

This is hands-on cold email outreach to potential business customers.
