Aydınlı Group in the Marmara region (Sarıyer) seeks an Infrastructure & Cloud Solutions Specialist to manage Windows Server and Azure infrastructure across the enterprise, including VMs, networks, storage, and backups.

The role covers Entra ID/Hybrid Identity, VMware vSphere, Exchange Hybrid, Intune, SCCM, and security compliance, with on-call duties and collaboration on large-scale projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, MIS, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Enterprise System Administration.
• Solid experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, DFS, IIS, and Certificate Services.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, Azure Storage, Azure Backup, and Azure Site Recovery.
• Experience managing Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Hybrid Identity architectures.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 Hybrid environments.
• Strong knowledge of VMware vSphere administration, troubleshooting, and capacity management.
• Experience with enterprise Storage and SAN infrastructures (e.g., Hitachi, Pure Storage).
• Experience with enterprise backup solutions such as Commvault, Veeam, or equivalent platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM).
• Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring solutions such as PRTG, Zabbix, or ManageEngine.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Linux server administration.
• Good command of English, with the ability to understand technical documentation and communicate effectively with technology vendors.
• Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and improve Windows Server infrastructure across the enterprise environment.
• Administer and optimize Microsoft Azure infrastructure, including VMs, V nets, Storage, Load Balancers, and related Azure services.
• Manage Azure Backup and Azure Site Recovery (ASR) solutions for continuity and DR readiness.
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Hybrid Identity, and Microsoft 365 Hybrid environments.
• Manage VMware vSphere virtualization platforms, including capacity planning and performance optimization.
• Administer core Microsoft infrastructure services (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, DFS, IIS, Certificate Services).
• Support Exchange Hybrid and Exchange DAG environments.
• Manage endpoint administration using Microsoft Intune and SCCM.
• Administer enterprise storage, SAN, and physical server infrastructures.
• Monitor performance, analyze alerts, perform capacity planning, and implement proactive improvements.
• Automate ops using PowerShell scripting.
• Participate in infrastructure projects (design, implementation, migration, testing, deployment).
• Ensure system security, availability, and compliance with InfoSec policies.
• Participate in on-call and 24/7 support when required.
