We are looking for an experienced Manager to join our Business Transformation team in Istanbul within EY Türkiye Business Consulting.

In this role, you will lead complex and large-scale transformation engagements, partner with senior executives, and shape operating models, organizations, and capabilities; helping clients translate strategic priorities into executable roadmaps and deliver measurable, sustainable business outcomes.

You will work across our Business Transformation portfolio, including Target Operating Model, Strategic Workforce Planning, Organizational Design, End-to-End Process Design, Sales and Marketing Excellence, Value Creation and Realization, and Cost Optimization. We are looking for professionals who bring depth in one or more of these areas and can effectively lead multidisciplinary teams and build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities

Client delivery and transformation leadership

• Lead complex, multidisciplinary business transformation engagements from initial diagnosis and opportunity identification through solution design, implementation planning, change enablement, and value realization.
• Integrate operating model, organizational, workforce, process, commercial, and performance improvement perspectives to deliver measurable and sustainable outcomes.
• Structure complex business challenges, lead qualitative and quantitative analyses, and translate insights into practical recommendations.
• Design future-state transformation solutions covering operating models, processes, organizational capabilities, governance, technology enablement, performance management, and ways of working.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps, business cases, implementation plans, and measurable value realization mechanisms.
• Take ownership of key project deliverables and ensure that outputs are insightful, data-driven, implementable, and consistently high quality.

AI-enabled transformation

• Identify opportunities to enhance transformation outcomes through AI, intelligent automation, advanced analytics, process mining, and digital technologies.
• Evaluate relevant use cases from a business value, feasibility, and organizational impact perspective.
• Partner with technology and data teams to translate AI opportunities into scalable transformation solutions and measurable business value.
• Orchestrate collaboration across business, technology, data, risk, and industry teams to embed scalable and responsible AI-enabled solutions into broader transformation initiatives.
• Apply AI, intelligent automation, process mining, advanced analytics, and emerging technologies to redesign business capabilities and accelerate transformation outcomes.

Client and stakeholder management

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Act as a trusted advisor by developing a strong understanding of clients’ strategic priorities, transformation challenges, and value creation objectives.
• Facilitate executive interviews, workshops, design sessions, and decision-making forums.
• Communicate complex findings and recommendations in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and support alignment across business units, functions, technology teams, and leadership groups.
• Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges and define appropriate mitigating actions.

Business development and practice growth

• Identify market trends, client needs, and potential business opportunities relevant to the Business Transformation practice.
• Lead and contribute to proposals, pitches, client presentations, points of view, and go-to-market activities.
• Work closely with Partners and Directors to develop client relationships, expand existing accounts, and identify cross-service opportunities.
• Support the development of new transformation offerings, particularly those enabled by AI and emerging technologies.
• Contribute to the growth of the practice through thought leadership, market insights, and knowledge-sharing activities.

Team and engagement leadership

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams, providing clear direction, effective delegation, and ongoing performance guidance.
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, economics, and deliverable quality.
• Coach junior professionals and support their consulting, commercial, and leadership development.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing team environment.
• Promote collaboration across competencies, service lines, and industry teams to deliver integrated client solutions.

What we look for

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Statistics, or another relevant discipline. A relevant master’s degree or MBA is an asset.
• At least 6 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within management consulting, strategy consulting, business transformation, or a related advisory environment.
• Demonstrated depth in one or more Business Transformation disciplines, combined with the ability to connect different dimensions of transformation.
• Proven experience in leading transformation engagements, workstreams, or projects and managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong capability in structuring complex problems, conducting qualitative and quantitative analyses, and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
• Experience in developing transformation strategies, implementation roadmaps, business cases, governance models, and performance frameworks.
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence and credibility to engage senior executives.
• Experience in designing and facilitating executive interviews, workshops, and collaborative working sessions.
• Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to identify client needs and contribute to proposals and business development activities.
• An understanding of how AI, automation, analytics, and digital technologies can enable business transformation and measurable value creation.
• Excellent report writing, presentation, and verbal communication skills in both Turkish and English.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other relevant business productivity tools.
• Strong project management and prioritization skills, with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• A proactive, collaborative, intellectually curious, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Willingness and ability to travel within Türkiye and internationally when required.
