Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager to join our Technology Consulting (Cyber Security) team in Istanbul. You will leverage deep cybersecurity expertise and strong client engagement to translate complex risks into strategic business advice for CxO leaders.

The ideal candidate has 5–6 years of relevant experience, holds certifications such as CISSP/CISM/ISO 27001, and can travel as needed while guiding transformation programs across Governance, Identity, Cloud and Network security.

Qualifications

• Travel to client sites as required and ensure high‑quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will combine strong cybersecurity consulting expertise with outstanding client engagement and stakeholder management capabilities. They will be able to establish trusted relationships with client executives, lead strategic discussions, and translate complex cybersecurity challenges into practical business solutions.

They are capable of translating complex technical risks into business‑relevant insights and recommendations for senior executives and client leadership.

The candidate should possess experience across multiple cybersecurity domains, including Governance, Risk & Compliance, Identity and Access Management, Cloud Security, Security Operations, Application Security, and Network Security, while demonstrating a passion for innovation, continuous learning, and delivering high‑quality client outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least 5–6 years of relevant work experience
• Strong motivation for pursuing a career dedicated to cybersecurity
• Proven background in cybersecurity transformation programs and implementations
• CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 or similar certifications required
• Degree in Computer Science / Engineering, Industrial / System Engineering, Management Information Systems or related field
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Enthusiastic about technology and cyber trends, research, and continuous personal and professional growth
• Proven ability to develop and deliver compelling executive presentations, engaging CxO‑level stakeholders and influencing strategic decision‑making
• Ability to travel is a must
