Job summary

Aerogen is seeking a Senior Territory Manager to enhance commercial performance of distribution partners by delivering clinical support and training on Aerogen products to end users. The role requires deep product knowledge, relationship-building with distributors, and collaboration across Sales, Marketing and Medical Affairs to grow sales and adoption.

You will lead territory planning, drive revenue growth, and leverage sales excellence tools while traveling extensively to manage key accounts

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in commercial roles within the medical device industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement territory plans to drive Aerogen revenues.
• Provide training and clinical support to end users and distributors.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, OEM partners to overcome barriers to adoption.
• Mentor new colleagues and support onboarding and training.
• Manage forecasting and relationships with distributor partners.
