Job summary

Protek Yapı seeks experienced professionals to join our team for international consulting assignments across urban development, infrastructure, climate resilience, and policy analysis.

You will produce high-quality technical reports in English and support capacity-building efforts, ESIA/ESMP work, and international missions as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in a relevant discipline (urban planning, geography, etc.).
• Minimum 5 years of consultancy or international project experience.
• Excellent English communication and report writing.
• Ability to conduct field work domestically or abroad.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience preparing technical reports, policy papers, feasibility studies, or strategic plans.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to multidisciplinary assignments in urban development, infrastructure, climate resilience, environmental management, policy analysis, and institutional capacity building.
• Produce high-quality technical reports in English.
• Engage with stakeholders and clients in international environments.
• Support capacity building and ESIA/ESMP processes as needed.
• Carry out field work and international missions when required.

Protek Yapı is seeking experienced and highly motivated professionals to join our growing team of international consultants. We are looking for experts who can contribute to multidisciplinary assignments in urban development, infrastructure, climate resilience, environmental management, policy analysis, and institutional capacity building.

Candidates must be capable of working in international environments and producing high-quality technical reports in English.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in a relevant discipline, including:
• Urban & Regional Planning
• Geography or Environmental Engineering
• Transportation Engineering
• Climate Change & Sustainability
• Economics or Public Policy
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in consultancy, research, or international technical projects.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken) — professional report writing is essential.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience preparing technical reports, policy papers, feasibility studies, or strategic planning documents.
• Ability to field work and going to the domestic or abroad mission.
