Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, MIS, CTIS, or related fields,
• BAP, PMI-PBA certification will be a plus,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Business Analysis (in the banking sector),
• Experienced in Data Analysis
• Experienced in KPI Management and Business Intelligence
• Knowledgeable about SDLC and Agile Methodology,
• Talented in Requirements Gathering and Elicitation,
• Comfortable with Business Analysis Modeling tools,
• Good command of SQL (Oracle will be a plus),
• Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus,
• Fluent in English with strong oral and written skills,
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, persuasion, and conflict resolution skills,
• Eager to learn and adapt new concepts,
• Proactive and a good team player.

What You’ll Do

• Gathering, negotiating, and documenting the requirements,
• Creating WBS, defining dependencies, and providing cost estimations to support project planning efforts,
• Preparing light-weight functional specification documents and test scenarios,
• Contributing to the technical design and development to ensure all business needs are satisfied,
• Supporting Business Intelligence and KPI Management reporting requirements,
• Performing functional testing and giving UAT support,
• Preparing/updating User Manuals,
• Providing third-level support of the product.
