Job summary

Intertech in Istanbul, Ankara, İzmir and Bursa is seeking skilled professionals to contribute to data analysis, KPI management and BI reporting.

You will gather and document requirements, define work breakdown structures, write lightweight specs and support BI and UAT efforts, with a banking-sector IT background.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant bachelor’s degree, PMI-PBA/BAP is a plus, 3+ years’ IT business analysis, fluent English, and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, MIS, CTIS, or related fields.
• PMI-PBA or BAP certification is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of IT business analysis experience in banking.
• Experience in Data Analysis, KPI Management, and BI reporting.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent requirements gathering and elicitation.
• Proficient with business analysis modeling tools.
• Good command of SQL (Oracle preferred).
• Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gathering, negotiating, and documenting the requirements.
• Creating WBS, defining dependencies, and providing cost estimations to support project planning efforts.
• Preparing light-weight functional specification documents and test scenarios.
• Contributing to the technical design and development to ensure all business needs are satisfied.
• Supporting BI and KPI reporting requirements.
• Performing functional testing, giving UAT support.
• Preparing/updating User Manuals.
• Providing third-level support of the product.
