Job summary

Banvit MBRF is seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to manage production support materials and services at Bandırma facilities. You will develop sourcing strategies, negotiate with suppliers and support contract management to secure best value.

The role requires experience in technical procurement, market analysis, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills. Based in Bandırma, relocation may be considered for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, Mechatronics or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in technical procurement or related areas.
• Experience with supplier negotiations and contract management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities for production support, energy, technical materials and services across production operations.
• Develop and implement short-, mid- and long-term sourcing strategies in line with business needs.
• Lead supplier negotiations and support contracting processes to balance cost, quality and service.
• Conduct market and supplier analysis, identify alternative sources and improve competitiveness and supply continuity.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance with contingency planning for critical materials.
