Qualifications

• 10+ years in Fashion/Luxury Sales.
• 5+ years in a managerial role.
• Bachelor's or master's degree preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office, CRM and Retail tools.
• Excellent communication and networking skills.
• Ability to build trust among both co-workers and clients.
• Results-driven with commercial creativity.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and develop talents; secure succession plans.
• Develop managers to ensure teams deliver the best client experience.
• Coach staff in performance management and training needs.
• Support Store Manager in performance management and foster teamwork.
• Organize team efficiently according to business needs.
• Lead clienteling initiatives and build VIP client networks.
• Contribute to trunk shows, displays and events.
• Analyze sales figures, KPIs and objectives; support action plans.
• Ensure store merchandising guidelines and brand standards.
• Monitor market trends and collaborate with other Store Managers.
