Job summary

AI Acquisition is seeking a Senior Special Operations Advisor to own the hardest client situations, diagnose root causes, reset expectations with founders and executives, and drive outcomes with accountability.

This fully remote, full-time role offers high ownership, direct access to senior leadership, and a chance to influence strategy while protecting both clients and the company. Salary range $90,000-$120,000 USD yearly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in client success, account management, or senior operational roles in high-growth environments.
• Proven track record managing complex, escalated, or high-risk client accounts with recovery outcomes.
• Experience advising founders/CEOs, not just executing.

Responsibilities

• Own the hardest client situations from signal to resolution with structured thinking.
• Diagnose root causes behind at-risk engagements and design interventions.
• Lead high-stakes conversations with founders and C-suite, resetting expectations and momentum.
• Maintain meticulous case records to support accountability and learning.
