Job description
Responsibilities
Partner directly with the Chief Strategy Officer to define, stress-test, and execute the company’s strategic agenda, including portfolio strategy and inorganic growth priorities.
Drive deep-dive strategic and operational initiatives within subsidiaries, actively tracking execution against milestones, identifying value leakage, and recommending corrective actions.
Act as a thought partner to subsidiary leadership teams, challenging assumptions and elevating decision quality rather than producing passive analysis.
Lead evaluation of investment, acquisition, partnership, and divestiture opportunities across multiple industries, owning end-to-end strategic assessment.
Assess growth potential, defensibility, sustainability, and risk of businesses using integrated macro, sector, competitive, and unit-economics analysis.
Prepare board-level strategy materials, memos, and executive narratives that clearly connect data, financial outcomes, and strategic choices.
Own and continuously improve strategic planning infrastructure, including long-range plans, scenario analysis, capital allocation models, and performance dashboards.
Embed AI and advanced analytics into strategy workflows, including:
Using AI-assisted research, market intelligence, and competitive analysis tools.
Developing AI-supported scenario modeling, forecasting, and sensitivity analysis.
Exploring opportunities for AI-driven performance monitoring, early-warning indicators, and decision automation.
Identify and assess AI and technology-driven transformation opportunities within portfolio companies, in collaboration with product, data, and technology teams.
Establish and refine OKR / KPI systems, ensuring alignment between strategy, execution, and measurable outcomes at group and subsidiary levels.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
7+ years of progressive experience in strategy, management consulting, corporate development, investment banking or senior roles within high-growth or complex organizations.
Demonstrated ability to own ambiguous, high-impact strategic problems and drive them to actionable outcomes.
Advanced analytical capability with strong financial modeling literacy; comfortable challenging and building complex models rather than consuming them.
Excellent command of Excel, presentation tools, and data-driven storytelling at executive and board level.
Strong commercial judgment with a proven ability to translate financial and analytical insight into real business decisions.
Proven experience influencing senior stakeholders and operating credibly in boardroom-level discussions.
Track record of cross-functional leadership, working effectively with investment, operations, technology, and external advisors.
Experience designing, implementing, or governing OKR / KPI frameworks at scale.
Practical exposure to AI, advanced analytics, or data platforms in a strategic or decision-support context is a strong advantage.
