You will work on treasury operations, liquidity management and funding processes, design scalable RESTful microservices, and integrate front/back office systems with core banking and accounting platforms.

Job Description

We are seeking Senior Java Developers specialized in Treasury Domain to develop backend systems for ColendiBank’s digital banking core platform.

We are looking for experienced developers with strong banking domain expertise in:

• Treasury operations and treasury product flows
• Liquidity management and funding processes
• Money market transactions
• Spot and forward transaction processes
• Treasury transaction lifecycle and status management
• Front office and Back Office treasury integrations
• Treasury accounting, valuation, and GL integrations
• Core banking, payment systems, risk, and finance integrations

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services for treasury operations, liquidity management, funding, money market, spot, and forward transaction processes
• Design and implement treasury transaction lifecycle services including initiation, validation, approval, execution, status tracking, accounting, reconciliation, and closure
• Develop integrations between front office, back office, core banking, accounting, finance, risk, payment systems, and external treasury-related platforms
• Build scalable RESTful APIs and microservices supporting treasury and finance operations
• Support treasury accounting, accrual, valuation, reconciliation, and GL integration flows
• Ensure data consistency, traceability, auditability, and operational monitoring across treasury-related services
• Develop reliable validation, exception management, retry, and integration flows for treasury transactions
• Support high-volume, secure, and reliable transaction processing
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
• Collaborate closely with treasury, finance, risk, product, business analysis, QA, operations, and core banking teams

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 6 years of hands-on software development experience specifically in Treasury Domain within the banking sector
• Strong Java and Spring Boot development experience
• Hands-on development experience in banking treasury systems such as liquidity management, funding, money market transactions, spot/forward transactions, or treasury operations
• Strong understanding of treasury transaction lifecycle including initiation, validation, approval, execution, status tracking, accounting, reconciliation, and closure
• Experience in spot and forward transaction processes is required
• Experience integrating front office and back office treasury systems is required
• Experience integrating with core banking, accounting, finance, risk, payment systems, or external treasury-related platforms
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and distributed backend systems
• Experience with high-volume transactional systems
• Experience with Oracle and PostgreSQL databases
• Familiarity with Git, Maven, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development practices
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Core banking and Money Transfer domain experience is considered a plus
