Pear Suite is a mission-driven healthcare technology company transforming care delivery. We design scalable, human-centered software for community health workers and frontline providers.

You will design and architect scalable software, document decisions, and implement robust testing and cloud infrastructure to support our platform. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in software quality engineering, experience with PostgreSQL, GraphQL, TS, React, Express, and cloud services in AWS/GCP.

Qualifications

5+ years of software quality engineering experience in fast-paced, startup environments.
Experience with PostgreSQL, GraphQL, Typescript, React, Express.
Cloud Services and Architecture (GCP and AWS).
Ability to work US Pacific Time (PST) hours.
Strong English Proficiency.

Responsibilities

Design scalable and reusable software architectures.
Document decisions and designs clearly.
Develop software using engineering best practices.
Thoroughly test individual components and the system as a whole.
Build and manage cloud computing environments.
