Job summary

New Mind AI is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to build scalable backend systems using Node.js, TypeScript, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Kafka, and Go. You will drive microservices with gRPC, server-side events, caching, and queues, while ensuring data integrity with ORM tools and SQL databases.

Strong mentoring and agile collaboration are expected. You will contribute to architecture, performance optimization, and modern API development with NestJS, Gin, GraphQL, and REST.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience focused on Node.js, TypeScript, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Kafka, and Go.
• Experience building applications in a microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of server-side event architecture, caching (Redis/CouchBase), and queuing (Kafka/RabbitMQ).
• Strong design skills for large-scale web apps and inter-microservice communication (gRPC).
• Proficiency with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and query optimization.
• Experience with ORM tools (Prisma, TypeORM, Mongoose, Sequelize, GORM).
• Familiarity with NestJS, GraphQL, Apollo, and Gin.
• Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software development, particularly with Node.js, TypeScript, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Kafka, and Go technologies. This role requires deep knowledge and experience in microservices architecture, server‑side event architecture, cache management, and queue management technologies.

III - What Will Be Your Responsibilities?

• Design and develop backend solutions using Node.js, TypeScript, and Go.
• Establish and manage gRPC‑based communication infrastructures in a microservices architecture.
• Develop real‑time applications using server‑side event architecture.
• Optimize performance using cache and queue management technologies.
• Manage and optimize data using MongoDB and Elasticsearch.
• Handle high‑volume data streams with Kafka and improve these processes.
• Ensure data access and management using ORM technologies such as Prisma, TypeORM, Mongoose, Sequelize, and GORM.
• Develop modern backend solutions with NestJS and Gin.
• Create flexible and scalable API solutions using GraphQL and REST.
• Contribute to the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and follow best practices.
• Write unit and integration tests to improve code quality.
• Play an active role in software architecture design and make technical decisions.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.

IV - What Is Required from You?

(i) Qualifications

At least 5 years of professional software development experience, particularly focused on Node.js, TypeScript, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Kafka, and Go technologies.

(ii) Experience

Deep knowledge and experience in developing applications in a microservices architecture.

(iii) Expertise

Experience working with server‑side event architecture, cache management (e.g., Redis, CouchBase), and queue management (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) technologies.

(iv) Knowledge

Strong ability to design and develop complex and large‑scale web applications. Expertise in gRPC design, integration, and inter‑microservice communication.

(v) Skills

Ability to develop high‑performance, scalable, and secure software solutions. Experience with SQL databases like MySQL and PostgreSQL, and expertise in query optimization.

(vi) Competencies

• Experience with ORM technologies such as Prisma, TypeORM, Mongoose, Sequelize, and GORM.
• Knowledge and experience with NestJS, GraphQL, Apollo, and Gin.
• Proficiency in containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
