Job summary

Voxtechs is a global technology consultancy specializing in digital transformation and customer experience. We seek a Senior Software Analyst to analyze business requirements, evaluate IT solutions, and translate needs into technical specs (HLD) for delivery by an agile team.

You will guide development, identify integration points, and ensure timely, within-scope delivery of IT solutions across the stack. Strong communication with stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, MIS or Mathematics Engineering
• 3+ years of Java software development and analyst experience
• Hands-on experience with microservice, Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and PostgreSQL
• Knowledge of IT systems, architectures, and SDLC methodologies
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth software-based (frontend & backend & workflow) technical analysis (preparing HLD) of solutions delivered by agile development team
• End-to-end delivery tracking to ensure it meets expectations
• Guide and lead the development team (Development life cycle knowledge is a must)
• Design and Identify integration points, API specifications, and workflows during analyzing
• Work with cross-functional teams to design IT solutions that address business needs and align with IT strategy
• Ensuring the to be delivered tasks are delivered on time and within scope
