Job summary

DefineX Consulting Inc. is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join our team. You will gather and analyze stakeholder requirements and translate them into actionable solutions for telecom projects.

You will coordinate between development and business units, identify risks and dependencies, and ensure clear communication with project stakeholders. Ideal candidates have a BA or related degree, knowledge of SDLC, and a proactive mindset; Turkish work eligibility is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management or Engineering.
0-1 years of relevant work experience.
Knowledge of SDLC and strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
Eagerness to learn and coordinate with teams.
Eligible to work in Turkey.

Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements of stakeholders and develop solutions.
Act as a liaison between development and business units for coordination.
Define open points, risks, dependencies and track with project stakeholders.
Utilize technologies such as SQL, SOAPUI/Postman in telco projects.
Prepare and execute system test cases ensuring coverage in telecom environments.
