Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc. is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to design, implement, and optimize enterprise ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD and CSM.

Lead architecture discussions and guide engineers to deliver scalable, high-quality outcomes. You will collaborate with peers in cloud, data, and AI practices to shape intelligent workflows, drive AI-enabled capabilities, and build reusable ServiceNow products.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering complex ServiceNow projects across multiple domains (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM).
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, integrations, and development best practices.
• Effective communication, leadership, and a passion for mentoring and growing talent.
• Creative problem-solving approach with curiosity and ingenuity.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD or others) are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions that drive business excellence and scalable results.
• Push platform capabilities to deliver transformative outcomes.
• Guide engineers and developers, fostering collaboration and continuous learning.
• Manage consultancy artefacts in the Knowledge Base.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow, partners, and clients to translate needs into architectures.
• Create and design products and solutions using ServiceNow modules; build IP.
• Set standards for development, integration, and governance with high quality, security, and performance.
• Design for AI and drive the AI agenda in ServiceNow projects.
• Support marketing activities, campaigns, and events, including SNUGs and Townhalls.

• Guide talented engineers and developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and continuous learning
• Manage practice consultancy artefacts in the Knowledge Base
• Collaborate with ServiceNow, other partners, and clients to understand their needs and translate them into powerful, scalable ServiceNow architectures
• Create and design products and solutions using ServiceNow modules, building EPAM intellectual property
• Set the standard for ServiceNow development, integration, and governance, ensuring quality, security, and performance at every step
• Design for AI and drive the AI agenda in ServiceNow projects
• Support marketing activities, campaigns, and events. Help in organising ServiceNow Townhalls and Sales Bootcamps/'SNUGs' to share knowledge and achievements

Requirements
