EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to lead design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise ServiceNow solutions. You will drive architecture, integrations, and governance, while mentoring engineers and shaping scalable workflows across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.

You will collaborate with cloud, data, and AI teams to push the AI agenda in ServiceNow projects, create IP, and ensure high quality delivery for enterprise clients.

Qualificações

• Demonstrated success delivering complex ServiceNow projects across ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/CSM.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, integrations, and development best practices.
• Certifications in ServiceNow (CSA/CIS/CAD or equivalent).

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions for enterprise clients to optimize workflows.
• Lead design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow architectures and integrations.
• Mentor engineers and developers, fostering collaboration and growth.
• Manage Knowledge Base artefacts and collaborate with partners to translate needs into scalable designs.
• Create and design products using ServiceNow modules and build EPAM IP.
• Set standards for development, integration, and governance; ensure quality and security at every step.
• Contribute to AI design and drive AI agenda in ServiceNow projects.
• Support marketing activities, campaigns and events related to ServiceNow.
