EPAM Systems in Turkey seeks a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to lead the design and implementation of Enterprise ServiceNow solutions. You will drive architecture, integration, and scalable workflows across client engagements.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with cloud, data and AI practices, and shape the AI agenda within ServiceNow projects while ensuring quality and performance.

Formación

• Proven delivery of ServiceNow projects across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM
• Strong architecture and integration skills for ServiceNow
• Mentor and grow talent within the practice
• Certifications in CSA, CIS, CAD or similar demonstrate mastery

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions that drive business outcomes
• Push the boundaries with latest ServiceNow capabilities for transformative results
• Lead engineers and consultants, manage knowledge assets in the Knowledge Base
• Collaborate with ServiceNow, partners and clients to shape scalable architectures
• Create products and solutions using ServiceNow modules and EPAM IP
• Set standards for development, integration, governance, security and performance
• Support marketing activities and organize internal ServiceNow knowledge events

In this role, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions that enable enterprise clients to work smarter, faster, and more efficiently. You’ll collaborate with visionary peers across cloud, data, and AI practices to shape intelligent workflows and scalable enterprise architectures that elevate how our clients operate.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cutting-edge ServiceNow solutions that drive business excellence and empower clients to work smarter, faster, and better
• Push the boundaries of what's possible with ServiceNow, leveraging the latest platform capabilities to deliver transformative results
• Guide talented engineers and developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and continuous learning. Manage practice consultancy artefacts in the Knowledge Base
• Collaborate with ServiceNow, other partners, and clients to understand their needs and translate them into powerful, scalable ServiceNow architectures
• Create and design products and solutions using ServiceNow modules, building EPAM intellectual property
• Set the standard for ServiceNow development, integration, and governance, ensuring quality, security, and performance at every step. Design for AI and drive the AI agenda in ServiceNow projects
• Support marketing activities, campaigns, and events. Help in organising ServiceNow Townhalls and Sales Bootcamps/'SNUGs' to share knowledge and achievements

Requirements

• Experienced Deliverer: You have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex ServiceNow projects across multiple domains (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.)
• Technical Expert: You possess deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, integrations, and development best practices
• Inspiring Leader: You communicate effectively, lead with influence, and enjoy mentoring and growing talent around you
• Creative Problem-Solver: You approach challenges with curiosity and ingenuity, always finding innovative solutions
• Certified Professional: You have ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD, or others) – what's desirable and demonstrate your commitment to mastery
