Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead SAP SRM Consultant to steer the design, build, and support for our Core Retail Platform focused on NFR procurement. You will shape functional design and configuration across Shopping Cart, Workflow, Sourcing, and Contracts while coordinating testing and incident resolution.

The role requires 7+ years of SAP SRM experience, HR integration know-how, MDM familiarity, and strong English (B2+).

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with SAP SRM, including Retail/NFR exposure.
• Strong knowledge of HR integration, product hierarchy, and asset management.
• Working familiarity with MDM.
• English proficiency at B2+ (Upper-Intermediate) level.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex enhancements across the NFR procurement landscape
• Define functional design, configuration, and technical solutions for Shopping Cart, Workflow, Sourcing, and Contracts
• Coordinate HR integration across org structure, cost centers, and approval flows
• Control the Shopping Cart lifecycle from catalog selection through approval, PO, GR, and asset update
• Support asset creation during accounting and align activities with PM processes
• Handle special topics including regularization carts, minimum order checks, catalog images via MDM, and mass cart creation
• Review WRICEF documentation quality and ensure specs are finalized and stored before development begins
• Set testing strategy and coordinate UAT, obtaining formal sign-off by release cutover
• Solve critical L3 incidents and run root cause analysis to deliver permanent fixes
• Contribute to PI and Sprint Planning and coach the team through Agile ways of working
