Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior SAP SRM Consultant in Turkey to lead design, build, and maintenance for the Core Retail Platform, focusing on NFR procurement.

You will own end-to-end delivery across procurement changes, drive functional design for Shopping Cart, Workflow, Sourcing, and Contracts, and manage HR integration including cost centers and approvals. English proficiency at B2+ is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP SRM experience, specifically in Retail/NFR.
• Knowledge of HR integration, product hierarchy, and asset management.
• Familiarity with MDM and data governance basics.
• Proficiency in English at a B2+ level.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex changes across the NFR procurement landscape.
• Drive functional design, configuration, and technical solutions for Shopping Cart, Workflow, Sourcing, and Contracts.
• Manage HR integration covering org structure, cost centers, and approval flows.
• Oversee the Shopping Cart flow from catalog selection through approval, PO, GR, and asset update.
• Support asset creation during accounting and coordinate with PM processes.
• Address topics such as regularization carts, minimum order checks, catalog images via MDM, and mass cart creation.
• Oversee WRICEF documentation quality and ensure specs are stored before development starts.
• Define testing strategies and coordinate UAT with release cutover.
• Resolve critical L3 incidents and lead root cause analysis for permanent fixes.
• Participate in PI and Sprint Planning and guide the team through Agile processes.
