Job summary

Beymen Group in Istanbul seeks a Supervisor for Beymen Beauty Cosmetics to lead a high-performing team and drive store performance. You will train staff, optimize visuals, and oversee sales, inventory, returns, and customer requests to ensure exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in cosmetics sector experience.
• Minimum good command of English, Arabic or Russian.
• Knowledge of store procedures and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Developing strategies to realize store targets, implementing and managing efforts to increase sales.
• Training, developing and guiding team members, providing training and coaching to new employees.
• Controlling the in-store layout and visuals, ensuring aisles and showcases are organized.
• Supervising all operational processes such as sales, inventory management, returns and customer requests to fulfill them timely and completely.

Qualifications;

• High school graduate
• At least 4 years of in the cosmetics sector,
• Minimum good command of English, Arabic or Russian is mandatory,
• Good command of MS Office programs,
• Knowledge of store procedures and operational processes,
• Strong management skills, able to motivate the team,
• Strong problem solving skills and solution oriented,
• Taking care of personal image,
• Demonstrating a customer-oriented approach and prioritizing customer satisfaction.

Job Description;
