Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking an SAP Development Solution Architect in Turkey to lead end-to-end SAP solutions with a focus on S/4HANA and BTP. You will architect, design and deploy integrated capabilities, while guiding teams through complex technical challenges and client interactions.

You will leverage your SAP expertise, cloud and DevOps experience, and strong communication skills to drive successful delivery and alignment with business goals across diverse projects in a fast-growing enterprise

Qualifications

7+ years of hands-on SAP ABAP development.
Minimum of 2 projects in a technical team lead role with hands-on work in last 2–3 years.
Understanding of TOGAF, ITABoK, BTABoK, DMBoK and other BoKs.
Knowledge of SAP best practices and methodologies including SAP Activate and RISE/GROW with SAP.
Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and SaaS Extensibility (In‑App, On‑Stack, Side‑by‑Side).
Knowledge of end-to-end business processes (Idea to Market; Source to Pay; Plan to Fulfill; Lead to Cash; Recruit to Retire).
Familiarity with Monolith, Layered, Microservices, EDA, and Actor/Module architectures.
Experience in SAP TAM and SAP BTP Architecture Modeling.

Responsibilities

Understand stakeholder needs to envision and create a solution.
Support cost/benefit analyses to align tech with business strategy.
Gather functional and non-functional requirements from stakeholders.
Participate in pre-sales as a technical architect and advocate for proposals.
Lead development of capabilities within SAP BTP, SAP S/4HANA and SAP SaaS.
Provide hands-on programming for front-end and/or back-end as needed.
Identify integration points and design end-to-end solutions.
Advise on SAP CIO Guides and ISA-M methodologies.
Estimate work efforts for SAP development, BASIS, DevOps and architecture components.
Create detailed solution architecture documents and artifact breakdowns.
