Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years ERP experience in manufacturing environments.
- Proven experience managing ERP systems within manufacturing companies.
- Experience in at least one SAP implementation project with full lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes.
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
Responsibilities
- Manage SAP applications supporting manufacturing and supply chain processes.
- Coordinate with Manufacturing, Maintenance, Procurement, and Warehouse teams for ERP usage.
- Manage SAP enhancements and development requests aligned with requirements.
- Ensure business processes operate efficiently within ERP.
- Lead and coordinate testing and UAT activities.
- Coordinate with system integrators and external SAP service providers.
- Provide direction to ERP Operations Specialist team.
- Oversee post-go-live ERP support and resolution of issues.
- Monitor system performance and identify process improvements.
