Job summary
EPAM Systems in Turkey is seeking a seasoned Senior SAP CAP Node.js Developer to join our dynamic team. You will lead feature development, conduct code reviews, and provide architectural input to drive innovative solutions across platforms.
The role combines hands-on engineering with collaboration across stakeholders, mentoring a 10+ person team, and shaping development processes. A strong background in SAP CAP, Node.js, SAP BTP, and cloud architectures is required, with English at B2+.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in SAPUI5, BTP, HANA, CAP, Node.js and CI/CD tooling.
- Experience leading teams (~10+ people) focused on cloud and architecture.
- Strong understanding of design principles and microservices.
- Agile knowledge (Scrum, Kanban) and English level B2+.
Responsibilities
- Conduct code reviews and develop features following best practices.
- Monitor applications, troubleshoot issues and resolve bugs.
- Write technical and user documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and provide metrics to management.
- Contribute to setup, improvement and implementation of development processes.
- Provide design and architectural decisions.
