Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Java / Node.js Development Team Lead with SAP proficiency to join our SAP BTP initiatives. You will provide technical leadership, review code, and drive best practices across teams while delivering reliable software solutions.

Join EPAM to work on SAP-enabled platforms, mentor peers, and collaborate with stakeholders to shape architecture and standards. English required (B2 level+), USD compensation, and a dynamic, globally distributed environment.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Java 8.
RESTful architecture expertise with JAX-RS.
Experience with Spring Boot, JPA and microservices.
English level B2+.

Responsibilities

Conduct code reviews and develop features based on best software development practices, ensuring clean code and clean design
Monitor applications, troubleshoot issues and resolve bugs
Write technical and user documentation
Cooperate with the team, track its performance and needs
Collaborate with customers and stakeholders on technical topics, provide required metrics to management
Participate in the setup, improvement and implementation of development processes
Provide design and architectural decisions
