EPAM Systems in Turkey is seeking a seasoned Senior SAP CAP Node.js Developer to join our dynamic team. You will lead feature development, conduct code reviews, and provide architectural input to drive innovative solutions across platforms.

The role combines hands-on engineering with collaboration across stakeholders, mentoring a 10+ person team, and shaping development processes. A strong background in SAP CAP, Node.js, SAP BTP, and cloud architectures is required, with English at B2+.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in SAPUI5, BTP, HANA, CAP, Node.js and CI/CD tooling.
• Experience leading teams (~10+ people) focused on cloud and architecture.
• Strong understanding of design principles and microservices.
• Agile knowledge (Scrum, Kanban) and English level B2+.

Responsibilities

• Conduct code reviews and develop features following best practices.
• Monitor applications, troubleshoot issues and resolve bugs.
• Write technical and user documentation.

We are currently seeking a seasoned Senior SAP CAP Node.js Developer to join our dynamic team of professionals.

In this role, you will conduct code reviews, develop features, and troubleshoot application issues. You will collaborate with stakeholders, provide architectural input, and drive innovative solutions. Join us to elevate our technological capabilities and streamline development processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct code reviews and develop features based on best software development practices, ensuring clean code and clean design
• Monitor applications, troubleshoot issues and resolve bugs
• Write technical and user documentation
• Cooperate with the team, track its performance and needs
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders on technical topics, provide required metrics to management
• Participate in the setup, improvement and implementation of development processes
• Provide design and architectural decisions

Requirements

• 7+ years of proven engineering experience in SAPUI5, BTP, HANA, CAP, Node.JS, CI/CD (Jenkins, Piper, Webdriver.IO) etc. Wide generic technological view is expected.
• Experience working as team leader focus on cloud, SAP, architecture and mentoring 10+ ppl
• Proficiency in design principles and competency in microservice architecture
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Basic understanding of JavaScript and Node.js
• Work experience or theoretical knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), HANA database and SAP CAP (Java, Node.js)
• English proficiency level B2 and higher
