Job summary

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive programs across global teams. 10+ years of experience and PMP or equivalent certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience managing complex technical projects in a high-tech or semiconductor environment.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering results in a matrixed organization.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• US Citizenship or Permanent Resident.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale initiatives affecting multiple teams and regions.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and staffing to ensure successful delivery of milestones.
• Proactively identify and mitigate obstacles and risks, ensuring project continuity and quality.
