Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering results in a matrixed organization.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Must be US Citizenship or Permanent Resident.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Execution: Lead large-scale initiatives affecting multiple teams and regions.
• Project Leadership: Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and staffing to ensure milestone delivery.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with Program Managers to prioritise deliverables across concurrent development and sustaining projects.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal communications and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
