Job summary

HUGENT Hizmet ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. in Türkiye seeks a high-impact Senior Sales & Marketing Leader to coordinate regional tendering and drive business development across technical and commercial teams.

You will lead regional sales, manage tender processes from RFQ to contract, and collaborate with FO/RAC and end clients while ensuring market intelligence and ambitious regional targets are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Sales & Marketing with business development background.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience coordinating regional sales and tendering teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate tendering through closing and contract stages across technical and commercial teams and FO/RAC networks.
• Ensure RFQs are properly handled and communicated with Front Offices, RACs, and Direct Clients.
• Lead regional sales and tendering teams, including the technical tendering team, with strong support.
• Contribute to market intelligence collection and development of new accounts/clients.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and drive continuous improvement actions.
