Job summary

Koç Holding A.Ş. is seeking a Senior Specialist Engineer - R&D (System Design) for the Washing Machine Product Directorate in Manisa, Turkey.

You will improve and optimize system design for washer and dryer functions, develop innovative and cost-competitive systems, and contribute to both local and international projects while ensuring compliance with global regulations. The role requires strong system design capability, Six Sigma certification, and experience with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Design washing machine and/or washer-dryer components and projects.
• Develop washing/drying program algorithms, safety, hygienic, energy and water algorithms.
• Follow and report international regulations related to washing machines.
• Have knowledge of EN and other specified countries' standards.
• Apply heat transfer, drying technology, and textile processing know-how.
• Collaborate with local and global teams on projects.
