Job summary

Asis Elektronik is a fast-growing leader in smart technology solutions with a focus on quality and process development. We seek a Sr. Quality and Process Development professional on a 6-month fixed-term contract to shape and implement ISO standards across the organization.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering or related field, 5 years of experience, and strong ITIL/Agile/SDLC know-how, with English at B2 level or higher.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, MIS or related field.
• 5 years relevant experience in a Quality and Process Improvement role.
• Participated in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 20000, ISO 27001 implementation studies.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL, Service Management Systems, Agile, SDLC.
• Proficient in English at least B2 level.

Responsibilities

• Create policies, procedures, instructions for ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 20000, and 27001 standards.
• Raise awareness about ISO 20000 and 27001 within the company.
• Conduct quality planning studies for standards.
• Perform internal audits and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Analyze IT processes, identify deficiencies and implement improvements.
• Ensure continuity of quality documents.
