Job summary

Bosch Group is seeking a motivated student to contribute to quality activities in series production and to support quality coordination across cross-functional teams.

You will participate in audits, quality processes, and improvement initiatives, using quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, and Control Plan, while gaining analytical and problem-solving experience in a global engineering environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or postgraduate student in a relevant engineering field.
• Basic analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Power BI is an asset.
• Interest in quality methods and continuous improvement.
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage.
• Good communication and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Basic analytical thinking and problem-solving skills (statistical knowledge is a plus)
• Familiarity with software tools (e.g., Power BI) is an asset
• Interest in quality methods (e.g., 8D, FMEA, SPC, PPAP, IATF)
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Eager to learn, curious, and motivated to improve processes
