Job summary

Wipro is seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance professional in Turkey to join our software testing team. The role requires hands-on experience across automated and manual testing, with strong knowledge of .NET, Java, and UI test automation using Selenium.

You will design test plans, build robust automated suites, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines with TeamCity or Jenkins, while ensuring thorough defect reporting and metric-driven progress for complex enterprise applications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Proven track record in both automated and manual testing environments.
• Experience testing .NET Core/.NET 8 / Java or any other applications and Windows Services.
• Selenium WebDriver with C#/ Java/Any other programming language - hands-on experience.
• Ability to create and maintain automated UI test scripts.
• Knowledge of Page Object Model (POM) design pattern.
• Experience integrating automated tests with CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of STLC.
• Expertise in creating comprehensive test cases and test plans.
• Ability to perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
• Strong analytical skills for identifying edge cases and defects.
• Create detailed test documentation and bug reports.
• Experience with JIRA for defect tracking and project management.
• Experience with Zephyr or similar test management tools.
• Test execution reporting and metrics tracking.
• Git (Bitbucket/GitHub)
• Familiarity with TeamCity and/or Jenkins.
• Test Frameworks: NUnit, XUnit, SpecFlow
• API Testing: Postman, SoapUI
• Performance Testing: JMeter, LoadRunner
• Other Automation: Playwright

Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive unit test cases for assigned projects
• Develop detailed test plans and test scenarios
• Execute manual test cases and perform exploratory testing
• Design, develop, and maintain automated UI test suites using Selenium with C#, Java or Any other programming language
• Implement test automation frameworks and best practices
• Execute automated test scripts and analyze results
• Integrate automated tests with TeamCity/Jenkins pipelines
• Execute both automated and manual tests according to project schedules
• Document test results with clear evidence
• Report defects with detailed reproduction steps and track bug fixes
• Manage test cases and execution in Zephyr/JIRA & Confluence
• Provide regular status updates and test metrics to stakeholders
• Participate in requirements review and design discussions
• Identify potential quality issues early in the development cycle
