Lever, Inc. in Turkey is seeking a Senior QA Manual (AI Product) to ensure quality across mobile, web and backend in a fast-paced release cycle. You will design test plans, create detailed cases, and validate patches in weekly releases, with a strong emphasis on AI tooling.

The role blends hands-on testing with process improvement, collaborating with engineering and product teams to catch defects early and raise test coverage through automation checkpoints.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in manual QA testing across mobile, web, and backend.
• Experience creating and executing checklists, test cases, scenarios and QA docs.
• Solid understanding of client-server architecture in Agile release cycles.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, TestRail or Allure TestOps, MS SQL Server, Fiddler and Postman.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools as part of QA workflow.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and clear communication.
• Product-minded, detail-oriented and collaborative in fast releases.

Responsibilities

• Plan testing scope, timelines, scenarios and coverage for releases.
• Create, maintain and execute test cases and checklists.
• Test and stabilize patches in rapid release cycles across mobile, web and backend.
• Identify defects quickly and document them for fast action by engineers.
• Assess how changes affect client-server components and QA in Agile lifecycles.
• Support QA activities throughout development and release lifecycles.
• Improve QA processes by standardizing repetitive checks and automation where feasible.
• Evaluate and integrate AI tools to boost testing efficiency and productivity.
• Contribute to product quality by suggesting UX and reliability improvements.
