Job summary

Accenture in Teknopark Istanbul (Kurtköy) Hybrid: 3 days office per week is seeking an experienced Software Test Automation Engineer. You will own end-to-end STLC with a strong emphasis on automation and quality across multi-service systems.

You will design scalable automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright and Cypress, lead automation strategies, and collaborate with development teams to deliver high‑quality software. GenAI and DevOps experience preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in CS or related field.
4+ years in software testing and test automation.
Strong programming skills in Java, C#, Python, etc.
Experience building test automation from scratch with Selenium, Appium, Playwright or Cypress.
Experience with GenAI tools.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
Familiar with Agile/Scrum and Jira/Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

Own and manage end-to-end STLC processes with a focus on automation and quality.
Design and implement scalable automated testing frameworks and tools.
Define automation strategies for complex distributed systems.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure high-quality software deliverables.
Establish best practices in software testing and automation.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Stay up-to-date with trends in software testing and automation technologies.
