You will work on scalable healthcare software with autonomy, collaborating with operations and leadership to deliver robust products for patients and providers alike. English fluency is required.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of full-stack enterprise software engineering experience.
- Dynamic, agile environment with minimal supervision.
- Extensive experience with Python/Django.
- Creative and driven mindset with comfort navigating ambiguity.
- Desire to learn and try new approaches and stretch boundaries.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in CS or related field.
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
Responsibilities
- Implement and document new software apps and components.
- Understand how code fits into broader technical and business contexts.
- Participate in code reviews and technical design reviews.
- Work on medium to large projects from development to production.
- Research new technologies and prototype ideas.
- Ensure high testability and quality of delivered software.
- Collaborate with Operations to troubleshoot and fix defects.
- Contribute to building Scrum processes and an agile culture.
