Qoves Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Backend Developer to design and build robust backend systems in a remote-friendly environment. You will integrate AI capabilities, work across the full SDLC, and contribute to architectural decisions while ensuring scalable, high-quality code.

You should have 5+ years of Python backend experience with Django or FastAPI, and hands-on AI/ML know-how. This role offers ownership, collaboration with engineering leads, and opportunity for growth.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement backend features with Django/FastAPI.
• Develop and integrate AI-powered features, including CV and LLM tools.
• Own delivery across the full SDLC: analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and engineering best practices.
• Optimize apps for speed and scalability.
• Communicate design trade-offs to stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
