Medsien, a leading provider of remote care management, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team for US hours. You will partner with internal stakeholders, ensure timely sourcing, screening, and interview coordination, and drive the end-to-end recruitment process in a fast-growing healthcare SaaS company.
The ideal candidate has a university degree in social sciences or economics, 7+ years of recruitment experience, excellent English, and comfort working across time zones (US
Qualifications
- University degree in social sciences, management or economics.
- 7+ years of recruitment experience.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Experience with recruitment sourcing tools and HR systems.
- Able to work in Eastern US time, with US hours.
Responsibilities
- Engage with internal stakeholders requesting additional human resources.
- Actively manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company practices.
- Source and attract qualified candidates and manage job posts.
- Coordinate interviews and gather feedback in the ATS.
- Improve hiring quality metrics.
- Enhance the candidate experience through analytics and feedback.
