Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd. invites an experienced Project Management Engineer to lead substation design and delivery across the project lifecycle. Based at the Dudullu factory, you will drive technical design, cost estimation and vendor coordination with a focus on schedule and quality.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage risks, and ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulations while communicating progress to senior management in English and Turkish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics or related field.
• Minimum 8 years in project management within engineering or technical environments.
• Proven track record delivering complex engineering projects.
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with project management software; PMP certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and drive execution of complex engineering projects from initiation to close.
• Define scope, objectives, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, schedules, resources and risk mitigation.
• Lead teams of engineers and technicians and coordinate vendors.
• Report status to senior management and ensure compliance with standards.
