HITACHI ENERGY TURKEY ELEKTRIK SANAYI ANONIM SIRKETI is seeking a Tendering & Quotation Specialist in Istanbul. The role focuses on preparing competitive techno-commercial offers for HV substations and related systems, coordinating with Sales, and ensuring accurate costing and documentation.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, 3+ years in tendering or engineering for turnkey HV/MV projects, and fluent English and Turkish with strong communication and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of sales / tendering / engineering experience in HV/MV substation or turnkey packages.
Fluent in English and Turkish with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare competitive techno-commercial offers for HV substations, systems, and STATCOMs with accurate costing.
Ensure tenders are well-documented with full costs and detail.
Coordinate with sales to develop cost-optimized solutions per customer requirements.
Identify potential vendors and evaluate supplier offers to meet specs.
Support sales process with offer and risk reviews and contractual considerations.
