Job summary

EPAM Türkiye is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead Fortune Global 500 client projects in E-Commerce, Healthcare or Life Sciences. You will drive delivery discipline, manage budgets, and mentor teams of 50+ in a fast-changing environment.

You will apply Agile/SAFe and Kanban practices, work with GenAI tools to boost productivity, and own governance, staffing, and client communications across multiple domains including Digital, Data and Cloud.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in team or project leadership.
• Experience delivering enterprise solutions with large portfolio budgets.
• Knowledge of full product development cycle from pre-sales to post-production.
• Ability to lead a 50+ person team and manage people.
• Experience setting up Dev, QA and BA processes on projects.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (SAFe and Kanban).
• Ability to use GenAI to drive team productivity and decisions.
• Experience in Digital, Data or Cloud projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial acumen.
• Knowledge of Turkish labor law and market specifics.
• Fluent English and Turkish.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from kick-off through go-live, with clear success criteria.
• Manage delivery process including requirements, risks and budget.
• Oversee product quality, set benchmarks and ensure delivery.
• Facilitate UAT/production deployments and manage releases.
• Prepare WBS and resource plans for projects.
• Act as primary contact for stakeholders, communicating status and risks.
• Interface with clients daily, conduct demos and trainings.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering collaboration.
• Establish governance, manage virtual teams and resolve issues.
• Create project management and communication plans, and escalation/risk processes.
• Manage location's resource pool, allocations and rotations.
• Own compensation, hiring, and staffing aligned to Turkish market.
• Drive non-financial motivation and career development.
• Develop the people line with 1:1s and performance cycles.
• Represent EPAM Türkiye in local markets and communities.
