Job summary

Hayat Türkiye, Kocaeli'deki Hijyen Üretimi ekibine deneyimli bir Senior Production Engineer arıyor. Bu rol, üretim programlarını yürütmek, kapasite ve kalite hedeflerini güvence altına almak üzere tasarlanmıştır.

Adaylar, En az 4 yıl üretim tecrübesine sahip olmalı; bebek bezi üretim tecrübesi tercih edilir. Lean üretim bilgisi (Kaizen, 5S, TPM) ve İngilizce iletişim becerisi önemlidir. Kocaeli'ye/oraya taşınabilir olması beklenir.

Qualifications

• Mechanical Engineering alanında lisans gereklidir.

Responsibilities

• Üretim programlarını yürütmek ve üretim süreçlerini koordine etmek.
• Yüksek kalite, kapasite ve güvenli üretim hedeflerini sağlamak.
• Üretim maliyetlerini ve kayıpları minimize etmek.
• İş sağlığı ve güvenliği standartlarına uyum sağlamak.
• Süreç standartlarına göre üretim yapmak ve süreçleri iyileştirmek.
• Sorumluluk alanındaki teknik eksiklikleri takip etmek ve çözümler üretmek.

We are currently seeking a talented “Senior Production Engineer” to join our dynamic “Hygiene Prdouction” team. Based in “Kocaeli”, this role will contribute to transformative projects under the Consumer Group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineer,
• Min. 4 years of experience in production,
• Experience in Baby Diaper production processes is preferred,
• Preferably having knowledge about lean manufacturing such as Kaizen, 5S, TPM and problem solving methods,
• Effectively using MS Office programs, knowledge of SAP is preferred,
• Fluency in English both written and spoken,
• Analytical, result oriented, team player and good communication skills,
• Living in or willing to relocate to Kocaeli,
• No restriction to travel,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

• Ensuring high quality, capacity and safe production,
• Minimizing the production costs and losses,
• Ensuring occupational health and safety via actions and regulations,

• Following technical deficits related to his/her responsibilities and ensuring their solutions.
